APPLICATORS
The durahead Applicator holds the stencil, stores and supplies the ink, and marks the package or product. The applicator consists of the Sten C Labl Durahead, a flat durable inkpad framed in rugged Delrin plastic. The applicator is available in a variety of sizes to fit every stencil. The second part of this unique tool is the refillable, screw-on-4-ounce ink container. This forms the applicator handle and stores the ink. Ink flow is controlled by a patented ball valve system which ensures ink flow only when desired. The system virtually eliminates over inking, ink seepage, and valve leaks.

STENCIL TYPES
A Sten C Labl Marking system exclusive, this is "top of the line" for almost every application. Sensitive to preparation by high-speed computer printer and one-at-a-time pencil or pen and stylus, "LB", or low bleed, almost completely
eliminates the oil stain problem from stencils, from-affixed, and stored. It is constructed with a carbon interleaf. This extra this carbon lace gives a crisp ribbon-like impression on the tip of the forms package. It is porous enough to be folded back against the stencil when touch-adhered to the applicator for double thickness stencil strength, yet provides unobstructed ink flow from applicator to package or product. Available in unit and continous sets, die-cut or plain, and in all Sten C Labl stencil sizes.
CONTINUOUS
A continuous stencil is recommended when a number of shipping addresses are needed without a stencil affexed to a continuous form. The continuous stencil, created by a impact printer or typwriter, is primarily designed to be prepared separately from the forms package system. Continuous stencils are vavilable in all Sten C Labl sizes packaged 1,000 per box, (531/2000bx) preforated for fast and easy separation.
STEN C LABL INK
Standard Dry
Choose from two types of inks, depending on your application and need. For marking porous, absorbent surfaces, select Standard Dry (SD), an oil-based ink that dries by absorption. Available in Black and Red only. Available in 4 ounce and 16 ounce bottles.
Fast Dry
For marking non-porous surfaces (glass, plastic, metal, etc), choose Fast Dry (FD), an alcohol-based ink which dries almost instantly by evaporation, black is the standard ink color supplied. Other colors(Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Yellow, Brown, and Purple) are available on request. The refillable Sten C Labl 4-ounce ink bottle acts as an applicator handle. When using FD ink, inexpensive Evapigard mylar sheets and Sten C Clamp are suggested accessory additions to your marking system. They prevent inkpad drying when FD applicator is not in use. Available in 4 ounce and 16 ounce bottles.
ACCESSORIES
STEN C CLAMP
The STEN C CLAMP hods the stencil firmly in place for long run marking. When using STEN C LABL Fast Dry ink the Sten C Clamp holds the mylar sheet in plae, after marking, to prevent ink pad dryout.
ROCKER PAD REPLACEMENT
Use only genuine STEN C LABL rocker pad replacements.
EMPTY 4 OUNCE BOTTLE
The empty 4 ounce bottle with ball valve acts as a reservoir and a handle. Be sure to keep these on hand.
REACTIVATOR FLUID
Reactivator fluid is used with FAST DRY INK and applicators.
MYLAR SHEETS
Mylar sheets protect the applicator pad from drying out when not in use. They are packed 24/envelope.
K20
THE HEAVY-DUTY STENCIL
Designed specifically for extra long runs and heavy wear application, K20 gives hundreds of crisp, clear impressions. Available in five sizes, can be prepared with ball-point pen or typewriter, and may be ordered die-cut or plain. The K20 Stencil's glue (non-tape) construction makes it unsuitable for form affixing. Accessory Sten C Clamp is suggested for efficient long-run marking. Available in unit package only.
CC55
THE CARBONLESS COMPATIBLE STENCIL
CC55 has been developed specifically for compatibility with most popular business forms. It retains acceptable carbonless copy legibility, is low bleed, has minimal discoloration, improved shelf life, and good sensitivity. A quality choice for most kinds of forms papers, both carbonless and standard weight interleaved, CC55 is available in unit and roll stencil types.

Ink Flow is controlled by a patented ball valve system which ensures ink flow only when desired. This virtually eliminates over-inking, ink seepage and valve leaks. Choose Standard Dry for marking porous surfaces. or Fast Dry ink for non-porous, non-absorbent surfaces.
